Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be notified in writing no less than two full working days prior to the event in order to receive a refund/credit. No refund or credit will be given for cancellations made after this time or for non-attendance at the event. An administration fee of $20 will be deducted from any refunds. As a not-for-profit organisation it is important that wecan cover the costs incurred for each event we run.
